All our meats come from amazing Mangalitza pig farms in Burgenland, Austria. The meats are then handled by Vienna’s best butcher Roman Thum who is an institution for rare-breed, organically raised Mangaliza pigs for decades. Our Mangaliza Lardo is covered with dried herbs to add an extra layer of flavour. Great to slice into thin slices on freshly toasted bread or for an incredible flavour in pasta dishes! Trust us, it melts like butter.
