Mangaliza Blunzn (Black Pudding)


All our meats come from amazing Mangalitza pig farms in Burgenland, Austria. The meats are then handled by Vienna’s best butcher Roman Thum who is an institution for rare-breed, organically raised Mangaliza pigs for decades. Our Mangaliza Blunzn (Black Pudding) is a literal umami bomb. We serve it as a cold cut with spicy continental mustard but you can grate some fresh horseradish on top or fry it for the ultimate rich winter dish. Great with scallops (for the adventurous) or with baked quince or apple.
