Austrian Mangaliza Charcuterie Selection


All our meats come from amazing Mangalitza pig farms in Burgenland, Austria. The meats are then handled by Vienna’s best butcher Roman Thum who is an institution for rare-breed, organically raised Mangaliza pigs for decades. Our charcuterie selection includes a selection of three cured sausages and hams. We’re adding a small selection of biodynamic pickles by our friends Erich and Mike Andert — based in Pamhagen, Burgenland.
